Sky Blue Communications Ltd was founded in 2007 with the sole objective of developing & realising the full commercial potential of utilising Bluetooth technologies for passenger interaction within the aviation sector. This is being achieved by promoting our “Track & Transact” solution, which combines the power of proximity marketing with the ability to monitor and analyse the movements of all Bluetooth handsets carried by individuals throughout an airport complex.

"Track & Transact" uniquely identifies individual passengers, monitors and tracks the footfall of those passengers in realtime and enables one-to-one communications with those passengers.

This unique dual approach has already been trialled and proven at Manchester Airport in the UK as Sky Blue Communications first installation. The “Track & Transact” product based on BlipZones has become a very innovative product solution in particular tailored to airport operators. Sky Blue Communications launched the “Track & Transact” product at the 2 major European aviation events: ACI airport exchange seminar & Passenger Terminal Expo.
