A valuable mobile marketing system is not complete without a database. BlipZones database holds all user detections and all transactions, stored centrally on the BlipZones Server. When using registration & user interests, then data on this is also stored in the database.
With Interactive User Registration BlipZones can send out a web-form for the end-user to register, among other details, mobile phone number and specific interest(s).
Thereby BlipZones can now link Bluetooth id and mobile phone number.
To collect this data allows for a personalised user experience no matter where the user is approached by the BlipZones network.
This would also allow for using the same user data in different campaigns, for different brands and on different sites (maybe even in competing stores, depending on customer policies and strategies).
The user database can be integrated to any other user database system through the open WebServices APIs. This will enable a truely value-added integrated database to the customer.
